📍Parker 🌲 The Juniper Launches Leasing, Bringing Luxury Living to Downtown Parker

Rendering provided by MGL Partners

Leasing is now open at The Juniper, a new luxury rental community by MGL Partners and Rockefeller Group in downtown Parker. Located at 19865 Mainstreet, the two-building development blends modern urban living with scenic views of Sulphur Gulch Nature Trail.

The Juniper features 264 studio to three-bedroom homes with upscale finishes and spacious layouts, plus nearly 14,000 sq ft of retail space. Amenities include rooftop terraces, mountain-view decks, a pool, sauna, cold plunge, yoga studio, fitness centers, and elegant shared spaces.

📍Roxborough Park 🛑 Weekday Closure Alert: Waterton Canyon Closed April 28–May 9 for Dust Mitigation

As reported by the Denver Post, Waterton Canyon will be closed on weekdays from April 28 to May 9 for Denver Water’s annual dust mitigation project. The closure ensures public safety during maintenance and aims to improve trail conditions for summer visitors.

🚴‍♂️ Weekend access will remain open on May 3 and 4.
Trail users, including those accessing the Colorado Trail, are encouraged to use alternate routes during the closure.

📍Highlands Ranch 🚴‍♀️ New Underpass Connects C-470 & High Line Canal Trails in Highlands Ranch

Douglas County has officially opened a $4.5 million underpass beneath Santa Fe Drive, linking the C-470 Trail and High Line Canal Trail. This long-awaited project eliminates a dangerous road crossing and provides a safer, smoother connection for bikers and pedestrians between Highlands Ranch and Chatfield State Park.

The underpass, funded in part by the Denver Regional Council of Governments, marks the final major gap in the 71-mile High Line Canal Trail, hailed as a “major milestone” by local officials and the High Line Canal Conservancy. It's part of broader efforts to enhance safety and boost economic development along the US 85 corridor.
