Egg Hunts, Live Music & Playoff Energy: Your Easter Weekend in DougCo

April 18, 2025
Easter Weekend is upon us—and while it may not feel like spring just yet, this is Colorado after all. Even with a shift in the weather, there’s a ton going on. From egg hunts to live music, there’s something happening around every corner. I even threw in a ski report, since the winter vibes are back for a minute.
And hey, let’s get the Nuggets off to a strong start—maybe this is the year we shock the league with another championship run!
In today’s DougCo Download:
Lansdowne Arms: Highlands Ranch’s Cozy Irish Escape
Egg Hunts, Live Music & Playoff Fever: Your April 19–20 Weekend Guide
Here we go.

Foodie Friday
Lansdowne Arms: A Slice of Ireland in Highlands Ranch
Looking for a taste of Ireland in Highlands Ranch? Lansdowne Arms delivers with authentic Irish fare, a welcoming vibe, and a killer view from its upstairs patio. Since 2005, this neighborhood pub has been serving up classics like shepherd’s pie, fish and chips, and full Irish breakfasts—plus American favorites like burgers and prime rib.
Inside, you’ll find a warm, traditional pub setting complete with a stone fireplace. Outside, enjoy mountain views with your pint. Regular trivia, live music, and daily happy hour (2–6 PM) make it a favorite local hangout. My family and I have been a few times now as I can’t say no to the Irish Pub Vibe. I can attest to the sandwiches and burgers being top notch and a great drink selection.
📍 9352 Dorchester St | lansdownearmsco.com | Open Wed–Sun
Pull up a chair, grab a Guinness, and stay awhile.
